– Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trek — Get your full trek fee back in an Shalom Voucher OR get a monetary refund with 25% cancellation charges.
– Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the starting date of the trek/trip — Get 80% of the trek/trip fee in an Shalom Voucher OR get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges.
– Cancellation less than 15 days before the starting date of the trek/trip — No monetary refund.
