What work does the Nomad Network entail?
Being a volunteer in the Nomad Network program, you’re expected to daily meet new guests, forge genuine connections, understand their reasons to travel to the hostel, discover fast friends and curate exciting activities, epic events and create unforgettable memories while hosting them.
No prior experience is needed—bring your can-do spirit and excellent people skills and let the adventure begin!
Building community engagement
Create extraordinary tours, walks, hikes, and excursions for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
Eligibility criteria
Budding artist (photographers/videographers, singers, musicians, comedians, any other art form etc.) with inherent people management skills
Individuals who are experienced, matured professionals on a career break and looking to dis-connect from daily hustle & meeting like-minded travellers
Flexible with pan-India movement, fluent in English/Hindi & have a self inclination towards hospitality & travel
Skills such as being street-smart, a people person, creative, a problem solver and extroverted
Good with content curation, photography, event curation, promotion & hosting, etc.
