I had an amazing 5 day stay at this property in Dharamkot. The place is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains that make you feel close to nature. The view from the balcony is stunning. I could sit there for hours just soaking it all in. The rooftop kitchen was a highlight for me. The ambience is so chill, and the view from up there is nothing short of magical. It’s also not too crowded, which adds to the peaceful vibe. If you're into a bit of adventure, Bhagsu waterfall is just a short trek away. Overall, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Himachal. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! The vibe at Shalom Backpackers is unmatched. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the common areas had a very chilled-out ambiance. Met some amazing fellow travelers here. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the location is perfect—close to the beach and local cafes. Definitely coming back

I booked private superior room for 7500 (two nights). The property was okay. The location is on mall road so it is convenient and near to picture palace. But there is NO VIEW from rooms so please if you are looking for a property with view do not book this. I have added photos of view from my room “superior room”. Room size is also small. Only good point about the property was its terrace. Food taste is also okay 3/5.

Its a really nice hostel with great views and fun vibe + amazing location in the city centre too. Loved all the cool artwork in the cafe, many games and the rooms. Special mention to Vishal who was the best host as he helped me a lot so that I felt comfortable throughout the stay. Made my stay a memorable one!

Amazing rooftop with a nice view over the city and had a nice live music, which made the place so lively as all the guests were singing it was really a nice experience. Plus the hostel is located in a perfect spot in old town, surrounded by shoes, restaurants and accessible to visit all the places by walk. Would definitely recommend for a long/short stay!
